These Terms govern your use of the website operated by Pacific Rim Logistics Inc.and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

All freight forwarding and customs brokerage services are performed subject to the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) Standard Trading Conditions and, where applicable, the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers standard terms. These documents are incorporated by reference and govern in the event of conflict with general website terms.

Quotations

Rates and quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to space, equipment, and surcharge availability at time of booking.

Limitation of liability

Liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited as set out in the CIFFA Standard Trading Conditions. Additional cargo insurance is available upon request and is strongly recommended.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
